Jared D. Hartley, 22, of Newkirk, Okla.; specialist, Army. Hartley was killed July 15 when an improvised explosive device detonated near his Humvee in Taji, Iraq, north of Baghdad.
He was assigned to the 125th Forward Support Battalion, 3rd Brigade, 1st Armored Division at Ft. Riley, Kan.
