Eva Mae Center, 77, of Shidler, went to be with her Heavenly Father on Sunday, April 28, 2013 at the Ponca City Medical Center. 
Eva Mae was born on May 30, 1935 in Little Chief, Oklahoma to George Frederick and Nora Martha Ann (Stoops) Crain. She and Bobby Gene Center were married on December 24, 1952. To this union, two children were born; Joe Dean and Jacqueline Diane. 
Eva Mae worked most of her life in Shidler at Diehl’s Drug Store, Bonewell’s Grocery, Shidler Café, OTASCO and retired in 1991 after 18 years of service as Shidler City Clerk. She was preceded in death by her parents, Son-Joe, Brothers; Eddie, Donald, Cecil and Ernest. Sisters; Otha, Edith and Katherine. 
Eva Mae is survived by her husband-Bobby Gene, Daughter and son-in-law; Jackie and Eddie Bruner of Choctaw, OK. Brothers and sister-in-law; Dean and Mary Ann Crain of Shidler and Jack Crain of Friendswood, TX. Grandkids; Katina of Choctaw, Brandon and Gretchen of Norman, Jake and Esther of Enid, 3 great grandkids; Lee, Madeline and Lyla. Numerous nephews and nieces. 

Graveside funeral services will be 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at the Grandview Cemetery of Kaw City, OK with Brother Chester Ward of the First Baptist Church of Shidler officiating with music being provided by Mike Crain.
