Final Rites for Mrs. Jennings, 78, Are Set for Monday
Funeral services for Mrs. Mary I. Jennings, 78, 713 North B, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday in Roberts and Son chapel.
Mrs. Jennings, who died at 6:15 p.m. Friday at Fort Supply, was born May 19, in 1880 in Clay County, Ill.
She came from Illinois to Wewoka in 1901, moved to Kay County in 1920 and to Blackwell in 1942.
She was a member of the local Baptist Church. Dr. Harry M. Roark will officiate at the final rites and burial will be in the IOOF cemetery.
Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Lova Jane Smith, 801 Birch; two sons, Alfred W. of Tonkawa, and Denzil S. serving with the army in Germany.
