Harry E. Coleman Dies Saturday in Hospital.
Harry E. Coleman, 75, 507 North Main, died at the Blackwell General Hospital at 6 a.m. Saturday, following an extended illness. He had been in the hospital since April 8.
Mr. Coleman had lived in Blackwell for two years, moving here from Shidler.
Before his retirement several years ago, he worked as a barber.
He was born at Carthage, Ill., Oct. 6, 1865.
Surviving are five daughters, Mrs. Max Price of Hudson, Kans., Mrs. Jewel Grammer, Roseville, Calif., Mrs. Cecil Robinson, Pittsburg, Calif., Mrs. Eva Warren of Wichita and Mrs. Crystal Koestel of Horace, Kans; and three sons, Elmer of Cooperstown, Pa., Ed of Kansas City and Floyd.
Funeral services will be held at the United Brethren Church Sunday, at 4 p.m., with Rev. Charles W. McGlawn, pastor, officiating.
Burial will be in IOOF cemetery, under the direction of Fyffe's chapel.
