Clark Funeral Service

Funeral Services for Mrs. Auvie Nell O’Dell, 83, of the Oak Grove Community, near Nida, Oklahoma will be held on Friday, April 10th, 2015 at 10:00 a. m. in the Herb Clark Memorial Chapel in Tishomingo, Oklahoma with Brother Randy Tadlock officiating. Interment will follow in the Tishomingo Cemetery. Mrs. O’Dell passed away on Wednesday, April 8th, 2015 at her home.

Nell was born on May 7th, 1931 in Panola County, Texas to Robert Mason and Cecil Lorine (Arnold) Mason. A few years after finishing high school, Nell married Glenn O’Dell on March 4th, 1952 in Carthage, Texas. She has lived at her current home most all her married life. Glenn preceded her in death on February 25th, 2014. She was a member of the Nida Baptist Church.

Mrs. O’Dell was also preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Bud Mason and three sisters, Ouida Faye Morris, Carolyn Ann Mason and Maxine Mason.

She is survived by her daughter, Glenda Renfro and husband Jerry of the Folsom Community, her son, Weldon O’Dell of Nida, three granddaughters, Tonya Bryant and husband Stacey of Folsom, Tara Riley and husband John of Oklahoma City and Tosha Whitmire of Folsom, three great-granddaughters, Logan Bryant, Morgan Bryant and Reagan Riley, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers for the service will be: Jerry Renfro, Stacey Bryant, John Riley, Robert Earl Mason, Scot Reeves and Duane Covington.
