Cheryl Kay Bean, 55, of Ardmore, Oklahoma passed away Thursday, April 11, 2013 at her home in Ardmore.

She was born on August 1, 1957 in Fort Worth, Texas to Max R. Russell and Ruth Ann Prough Russell. Cheryl was raised in the Ardmore and Dickson area and she graduated from the Dickson High School in 1975.
 

She married Steve Bean on February 8, 1975 in Dickson. Cheryl worked for the Uniroyal Tire Company for 5 years and Dickson Day Care before going into construction work with her husband for the past 15 years. She was a member of the Mannsville Methodist Church and she enjoyed antiquing, planting and gardening. Cheryl loved being with her grandchildren.
 
She is survived by her husband Steve Bean, Ardmore, Oklahoma. Children: Cobey Bean, Ardmore, Oklahoma, Andie Bean -Perry and husband Robert, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Shelly Barnes and husband Darren, Ardmore, Oklahoma. 4 Grandchildren: Darian and Taylor Barnes, Ardmore, Oklahoma, Blake Sanders, Purcell, Oklahoma, Garrett King, Purcell, Oklahoma, Mother: Ruth Russell, Ardmore, Oklahoma. Brothers: Michael Russell, Ardmore, Oklahoma, Darryl Russell and wife Cindy, Yukon, Oklahoma, Several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins. Cheryl was preceded in death by her father Max.
 
Casket Bearers: Paul Smith, Creig Belt, Juston Watterson, Terry Garrison, Charles Steve Bean, and Stephen Morphew.
 
Visitation will be Friday at Watts Funeral Home , Madill from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm. with a family hour from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Services will be Saturday, April 13, 2013, at 2:00 pm at the Watts Memorial Chapel, Madill, Oklahoma. Harold Hunt and Frank Simpson will officiate the services. Music arranged by Ginger Cothran.
 

Interment will be at the Mannsville Cemetery, Mannsville, Oklahoma. Services will be under the direction of Watts Funeral Home , Madill, Oklahoma. Condolences may be sent to wattsfuneralhome.com.
