Clark Funeral Service

Services for Reba N. Vestal, 79, were at 10 a.m. today at First Baptist Church with the Rev. Don Tims officiating.

Interment was at Condon Grove Cemetery, Milburn.

Mrs. Vestal was born April 11, 1921, at Milburn, to Willie L. and Mary M. McCrary Carter. She died July 24, 2000, in the Tishomingo hospital.

A resident of Johnston County most of her life, she attended school in the Egypt community and married Johnny Vestal Sept. 21, 1941. She was a seamstress and homemaker. She was a Baptist.

Her husband died in April of 1981. She was also preceded by a sister, Gladys Slate; and brother, W.L. Carter.

Survivors include two daughters, Johnie L. Imotichey, Fillmore, and Norma J. Testerman, Irving, Texas; a sister, Ada Hutchins, Tishomingo; two brothers, Bill and Jackie Carter, Tishomingo; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
