Clark Funeral Service

Funeral Services for Joey Dean Reed, 28, of Wapanucka, Oklahoma will be held on Friday, June 4, 2010 at 2:00 p. m. in the Wapanucka School Auditoriom with Rev. Rex Clayton officiating, assisted by Brother Wendell Ingram. Interment will follow in the Condon Grove Cemetery in Milburn, Oklahoma. He passed away on May 29, 2010 at his home.

Joey was born on August 31, 1981 in Grayson County, Texas to J. Rodney Reed and Sheila Dunn Reed. He grew up in this area and attended Wapanucka Schools. Joey was a landscaper, worked for his father at the Reed Horse Training Stables and for his uncle, Jim Miller. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, James Dunn and his paternal grandmother, Wanette Reed.

Joey is survived by his parents, Rodney & Sheila Reed of Wapanucka; his sister, Rendy Reed and his brother, Brandon Reed of Wapanucka; his paternal grandfather, J. W. Reed of Wapanucka; his maternal grandparents, Anna and Richard McArthur of Tishomingo; his niece and nephews, Racee, Rhet and Ryder Reed and other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers for the service will be: Jessie Jaynes, Anthony Bonnell, Chad Walters, Travis Miller, Blake Hammer, Hank Morgan, Tony Pirtle and Mark Williams. Honorary Bearers will be: Jim McArthur, Ryan Shephard, Johnny Mac Clements, Flois White, Wes Sartin, Jim Miller, Doug Hook and James Taylor.
