Directions: From Eldorado, take Highway 6 East. Turn north on Highway 34. Turn East on the road just before the Prairie Hill Road. Follow that road approximately 4-1/2 miles. The Cemetery is right on the road. OR
Turn on the Prairie Hill Road. Follow the road to the site of an old school building. At that corner turn back South. Go approximately 1 mile on a dirt road to the next dirt road which goes East. Turn back East and go approxmately 3/4 mile. Cemetery is on the South side of the road. OR
From Highway 62, turn South on Highway 6. Go to the Prairie Hill Road. Turn back West and go the old school building (about 2 miles) Turn back South on the dirt road, go approximately 1 mile, turn back east on a dirt road and the cemetery will be approximately 3/4 mile on the South side of the road.
There are many markers which cannot be read due to their condition or location. There are many markers which are just rocks with no names on them. There are three large fenced areas, but no markers are visable and one large concreted grave with no identification.
The cemetery is fenced and gated. Several markers are visable. The cemetery is unkept. The grass and weeds are head high and many of the graves are falling in.
NOTE: It is obvious that there are graves under the high grass which could not be added to this list.
