Graveside services will be held Saturday, March 25 at 2 p.m. at the Dustin Cemetery for Tommy Lamont Wilson. Rev. J.B. Fish will officiate at the services.
Mr. Wilson was born July 30 1950 in Weleetka to Orvil and Josie Hellen (Watts) Wilson and died March 21 in Tulsa at the age of 55.
He spent his early years in Weleetka and Dustin area and later moved to Berryhill with his family where he attended school. As a young man he served in the United States Army serving in the Vietnam Conflict. In 1972, following his discharge, he married Kathy Zona who had one son and to this union two more children were born. She died Jan. 2 Mr. Wilson owned and operated Wilson Labor Service in Tulsa for many years.
His hobbies included building birdhouses, hiking, taking pictures of wildlife and working outside. He also enjoyed kayaking and messing with the computer.
Preceding him in death was his father, Larry Wilson, and a brother.
Survivors include his mother Jose Helen Wilson: three children, Damen Gash, Tommy Wilson and Joni Wilson, all of Berryhill: and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other relatives and fiends.
Pallbearers will be David Phillips, Damen Gash, Tommy Wilson, Joni Wilson and friends.
Services are under the direction of Williamson Funeral Home.
