KINTA, OK — Vivian Pauline Blagg Ainsworth went home to be with her Lord and Savior on September 19, 2013.

Pauline, as she was known to everyone, was born to Charles Anderson Blagg and Ella Westmoreland Blagg on April 18, 1924, in Booneville, Arkansas.

A Christian first and a Baptist next, Pauline gave her life to Christ in the early 1940s at an Edmond Chapel revival in southeast Oklahoma and was baptized in Beaver Creek south of Kinta, Oklahoma.

Pauline lived in Booneville, Arkansas, the first 13 years of her life, then she and her father moved to Kinta, Oklahoma. She attended seventh and eighth grade at Edmond Chapel and graduated from Kinta High School in 1943.

On October 28, 1943, she married Raymon Ainsworth on his return from the Navy. They lived south of Kinta for several years.

In 1950, the couple moved to Enid, Oklahoma, where they raised their family and lived for 30 years. Pauline worked at several department stores in Enid.

After Raymon’s retirement, the couple moved back to Kinta. Pauline worked at Kinta schools as community education director for four years.

In retirement, Pauline and Raymon enjoyed traveling, fishing, square dancing and blue grass shows.

They were active in First Baptist Church, Kinta, and Kinta Senior Citizen’s Center. They were married 56 years until Raymon passed away.

Pauline and Raymon were blessed with three children and their spouses, Charles Ray Ainsworth and wife Candy, Dixie Ann Ainsworth Swezey and husband Keith, and Paul Dean Ainsworth and wife Ann.

She loved her seven grandchildren, Christopher, Patrick and Erin Swezey, Olivia, Josie and William Ainsworth and Amber Ainsworth Huerta.

Pauline loved and delighted in seven great-grandchildren and their families: Blake and Elizabeth Swezey, Collin and Owen Swezey, Peyton, Rylan and Ashton Huerta.

Pauline is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Ella Blagg; husband, Raymon Ainsworth; one granddaughter, Erin Swezey; two sisters; and one brother who passed away at an early age.

Memorial services will be 1 p.m., Monday, September 23, 2013, at First Baptist Church of Kinta, Oklahoma. Burial will be at Quinton Cemetery under direction of King & Shearwood Funeral Home of Stigler.
