Perry Underwood a former resident of Henryetta living in Spiro, Ok passed away on February 14, 2008 in Ft Smith Arkansas at the age of 69.

Born September 11, 1938 in Henryetta, Ok to Clarence and Jerry (Cook) Slane. She was a homemaker and attended the House of Prayer in Okemah.

She is preceded in death by her parents, 1st husband Carl Calvert, 2nd husband Dee Underwood, Son; Jesse Calvert, 3 brothers; John, Billy and Clarence Slane and a sister Sandy Coffman.

Survived by: Companion: Carl Ramsey of Spiro,Ok Daughters: Dianna Blankenship of Henryetta Brenda Moody and husband Anthony of Henryetta Amanda Hulse and husband Albert of Clinton, AR Son- Ricky Calvert and wife Karen of Poteau,Ok 11 Grandchildren 14 Great Grandchildren Brothers: Eddie Slane of Hanna, Ok Steve Slane of Hanna, OK Jackie Slane of Washington State Charles Slane of Georgia Sisters: Ann Mollett of Oklahoma City Janie Kaler of Henryetta Many step children, step grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Services will be 10:00 am, Tuesday, February 19, 2008 at the Rogers Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Barney Gibson officiating. Interment will be 2:00pm, at the Cashe Cemetery (East of Keota) OK. Services under the direction of the Rogers Funeral Home.
