In 1963, Peter and his family moved from Arizona, where they were engaged in farming, to Mangum where he purchased the John Deere dealership. After his retirement in 1993, he spent time with his friends, Walt Griffis and R.O. Heatly, attended Air Force reunions and enjoyed his family and friends.
