Mrs. Mildred Mickle services in Medford

Medford – Mrs. Mildred Mickle, 63, operator of a Medford beauty shop for many years, died Friday night in Reynolds Army Hospital in Ft. Sill.

Funeral services will be at 2:30 PM today in the Hills Chapel in Medford. Rev. Elmer E. Myers of Enid will officiate and burial will be in Rosemound Cemetery.

Mrs. Mickle was born in Dewey County July 8, 1906. She moved to Pond Creek when she was six years old and was graduated from Pond Creek high school.

Her survivors include a son, James A. Mickle of Wichita, Kansas; a daughter, Mrs. Virginia Lee Fowler, Alex; a sister, Mrs. Eleanor Myers of Medford; a niece, Melody Myers, Medford and six grandchildren.
