Kenneth Wayne "Kenny" Fink, age 76, long time resident of Tonkawa, Oklahoma, passed away Wednesday, September 4, 2019 in Wichita, Kansas.

Friends and loved ones may pay their respects at the funeral home from 1-8pm Sunday, September 8 with the family present to greet friends from1-3pm. A funeral ceremony to celebrate Kenny's life will be held at 10:00 am, Monday, September 9, 2019 at the First Baptist Church - Tonkawa with Pastor Terry Ballard officiating. Following the ceremony, Kenny will be laid to rest at the Lamont Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home & Cremation Service of Tonkawa.

Kenny was born on November 20, 1942 in Blackwell, OK to John Fink and Helen Winkleman Fink. Kenny grew up in Lamont and attended Lamont High School where he participated in Football, Basketball and Track. He was also apart of the FFA where he won Grand Champion with his Yorkshire Pig.

As a young man he served four years in the United States Navy where he fought in the Vietnam War. He was especially proud of his time aboard the U.S.S. Buckley. After several short stints at local Co-ops and working for the State of Oklahoma, he became the owner of a convenience store call Honk & Hollar where he served the town of Tonkawa for 25 years.

As an avid outdoorsman, two of Kenny’s greatest loves were hunting and fishing. Especially coon hunting where he spent many nights with people and dogs whom he loved dearly. In his later years, he enjoyed having a garden and providing family and friends with fresh vegetables.

Kenny was a born again Christian, and his faith was to the up most importance to him. Kenny attended the First Baptist Church in Tonkawa for many years and the members became like a second family to him. He never missed a Sunday and he greatly enjoyed dropping by just to visit with his church family.

Survivors include his children: Steven Wilkerson and wife Aubree of Ponca City, Jeffrey Kukuk and wife Christy of Perry, OK, and Ashley Bradley and husband Todd of Enid, OK, grandchildren: Bryce Wilkerson and Paityn Wilkerson and sister Karen Symes of Garden City, KS.

Kenny was preceded in death by his parents and brother Larry Fink.
