BIO FOR AUDREY DAVIDSON DARLING

Audrey Davidson was born April 6, 1915, in Arcadia, Crawford Co., Kansas. She was the daughter of Lee and Grace Davidson. She graduated from Arcadia High School. She married Frank Eugene Darling in Wichita, Kansas, he died in August 1984

She was a member of the First Christian Church in Lamont. She was a longtime resident of Lamont, Oklahoma. Audrey Darling died Tuesday, November 14, 2000, at age 85, at Mustang Manor, in Mustang, Canadian Co., Oklahoma

Survivors included one stepson, Tom Darling of Tahlequah, Oklahoma; one stepdaughter, Pat Sparks of Mustang, Okla.; two brothers, Marvin Davidson of Fort Scott, Kansas, and Max Davidson of Arcadia, Kansas; two sisters, Margaret Ayers of Wichita, Kansas, and Helen Saladino of Birmingham, Alabama; and numerous step-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband and five sisters and brothers.

The funeral service was held Friday, Nov. 17th at the First Christian Church in Lamont, Rev. Joe Howard officiated. Burial followed in Lamont Cemetery, in Lamont, Grant Co., Oklahoma. under the direction of McCafferty-Bolick Funeral Home of Tonkawa.
