Keith Wallace

Funeral service for Keith Wallace, 82, of Chickasha, Oklahoma, will be held at 10:30 am Wednesday, August 2, 1995, at the First Christian Church. Rev. Jim Moore will be officiating, assisted by Mr. Charles Roberts.

Keith Wallace was born July 4, 1913, in Calumet, Oklahoma, the son of Roy and Martha (Bullock) Wallace, and died Saturday, July 29, 1995, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Mr. Wallace lived in Chickasha most of his life. He graduated from Chickasha High School. Mr. Wallace worked for Hoebing Chevrolet. He later became an insurance adjuster for General Adjustment Bureau for 30 years, retiring August 1, 1975. During his retirement years, he worked as a dispatcher for Rebel Tank.

He and Mabel Burke were married June 9, 1935, in Chickasha, Oklahoma. She preceded him in death July 9, 1995.

Mr. Wallace was a member of the First Christian Church and the 20th Century Sunday School Class. He was also a member of the Eagles Lodge and the Elks Lodge. Mr. Wallace was a volunteer for Meals on Wheels.

He was also preceded in death by his parents, his twin brother, Kenneth Wallace, brothers, Louis and Rupert Wallace, and sister, Esther Woodson

. Survivors include one daughter, Keitha Kay Wallace of the home; one son and daughter-in-law, William (Bill) and Carol Wallace of Chickasha; three granddaughters, Laurie Whitener and husband, Kevin, Nikki Wallace and Justin Wallace, all of Chickasha; two great granddaughters, Kristine and Bethany Whitener of Chickasha; two sisters, Ruth Frederick of Okarche, and Jean Orth of Norman.

Interment will be in the Rose Hill Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the First Christian Church Kitchen Fund or Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation.
