Tennessee Olive "Tennie" [Hardin] McKelvey

Mrs. J. M. McKelvey, 73, died Monday afternoon at her home, 227 North 11th.

Born in Molton county, Ala., Mrs. McKelvey came to Chickasha 20 years ago from Elkhart, Kan. She was a member of the Church of Christ.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Central Church of Christ and interment will be at Rose Hill cemetery, under the direction of Brown Funeral home.

Survivors inlcude four sons, J. A., Tom C., and F. B., all of Chickasha, and R. B. of Conlen, Texas; two daughters, Mrs. V. F. Davis of Chickasha and Mrs. T. J. Fullerton of Holly, Colo.; one brother, W. J. Hardin of Brownfield, Texas, and three sisters, Mrs. J. P. Livingston and Mrs. Will Cunningham of Alabama and Mrs. S. O. Dilbuk of Springtown, Texas.

Mrs. McKelvey Funeral Held

Last rites for Mrs. J. M. McKelvey, 73, were held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Central Church of Christ with J. D. Rothwell and Eulys Russell conducting the services. Interment was in Rose Hill cemetery under the direction of Brown Funeral Home.

Music was furnished by a quartet, composed of Roy Finley, Charles Bare and Mr. and Mrs. Henry Paddock and songs were "Rock of Ages," "Farther Along" and "Abide With Me."

Pallbearers were Herbert Bare, Merle Carter, Leo Hutchens, Charles Nash, Lester Stowe and Ben Fatheree.

Survivors include four sons, J. A., Tom C., and F. B., all of Chickasha, and R. B. of Conlen, Texas; two daughters, Mrs. V. F. Davis of Chickasha and Mrs. T. J. Fullerton of Holly, Col.; one brother W. J. Hardin of Brownfield, Texas, and three sisters, Mrs. J. P. Livingston and Mrs. Will Cunningham of Alabama and Mrs. S. O. Dilbuk of Springtown, Texas.
