© The Chickasha Express-Star Thursday, 2 July 2009 Graveside service for Bessie Taylor Gill, age 95 of Chickasha were held Friday July 3, 2009 at Rose Hill Cemetery in Chickasha.Bessie Taylor Gill was born May 3, 1914 in Grady County Oklahoma. She died Wednesday July 1, 2009 in Chickasha. She was the daughter of Isaac and Bessie Bell [Horne] Taylor. She had lived in the Chickasha area most of her life. She was a graduate of Chickasha High School and attended Oklahoma College for Women. Her husband Floyd E. Gill and one brother Lawrence Isaac Taylor preceded her in death. Survivors include: one daughter, Catherine Willoughby and husband Jeff; one son, Ernie Gill and wife Patricia; seven grand children,V. Taylor Gill, Paul E. Gill, Donna R. Wilson, Nancy M. Salgado, Jeffrey L. Willoughby, Karen J. Willoughby and Chris M. Willoughby; 13 great grand children and one great great grand daughter. Interment will be in Rose Hill Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home. |
