Exa Viola Airington

Funeral services were held in the Chapel of the Sevier Funeral Home for Exa Viola Airington who died 31-Aug-1985 in Eventide Care Center in Chickasha. Burial was in the Rose Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. Airington was born 7 June 1911 in Merkle, Texas. She married 7 June 1931 in Duncan, Ok. to O.S. Airington. She came to Oklahoma at an early age and moved to Chickasha at the age of 15 years. She worked at the Chickasha Laundry and owned and operated Airington's Help-Your-Self Laundry.

She was preceded in death by her husband on 31 October 1981; one granddaughter, Kathrine Lea Airington and one grandson, Michael Warren Free.

Survivors include one daughter, two sons, two sisters, one brother, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
