Billie Ruth "Boots" [Wadley] Jackson


Funeral service for Billie Ruth "Boots" Jackson, age 83 of Pocasset, Oklahoma will be held 11:00 am Tuesday November 21, 2006 at the First Baptist Church of Pocasset.

Billie Ruth "Boots" Jackson was born November 8, 1923 in Swink, Oklahoma. She was the daughter of Homer and Tasie [Cockrell] Wadley. She died Saturday November 18, 2006 in Oklahoma City.

She lived in Pocasset all of her life. She and her husband were Dairy Farmers in Pocasset for many years.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Pocasset where she served as Church Secretary for many years.

Her husband Ralph Jackson preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include: one son: Randy Jackson of Pocasset; one daughter: Mary Dye of Newcastle; two grand daughters: Alysha Jackson and Michelle Mason and her husband James; two great-grand daughters: Kaci Mason and Kaitlyn Mason.

Interment will be in the Pocasset Cemetery, Pocasset, Oklahoma under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.
