Julieta Schmidt

Funeral service for Julieta Schmidt, 64, of Verden, Oklahoma, will be held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, April 11, 2001, at Plainview Mennonite Church.

Julieta Schmidt was born September 26, 1936, the daughter of Alfred and Amanda [Nightingale] Schmidt, and died Sunday, April 8, 2001, in Chickasha, Oklahoma.

She had lived in the Verden area all of her life.

Julieta was a member of the Plainview Mennonite Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents and infant brother.

Survivors include: two sisters and their husbands: LaVera and Don Smith of Chickasha, Oklahoma, Geneva and Willis Smith of DeRidder, Louisiana; three brothers and their wives: Harold and Yvonne Schmidt of Emelle, Alabama, Herbert and Dorothy Schmidt of Chickasha, Oklahoma, Wayne and Winona Schmidt of Aberdean, Mississippi; uncle, Wilmer Boehs of Nevada, Missouri; aunt, Eva Koehn of Rich Hill, Missouri; and several nieces and nephews.

Interment will be in the Plainview Mennonite Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.
