© The Chickasha Express-Star 17 January 1988 Kute Preston Askins Funeral for Kute Preston Askins, 80, Chickasha, was held at 3:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 15, 1988, in the Chapel of Sevier Funeral Home. Rev. Burl Mackey, pastor of First Baptist Church of Verden, officiated. Organist was Mrs. Fern Riddles. Soloist was Dennis Goskie. Pallbearers were Gerald Cox, Louern Howard, Earl Redman, Charlie Willis, Eddie Flood, Chris Miller. Interment was in Memory Lane Cemetery, Anadarko, under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.
