Funeral service for Barbara Jean Farley, 53, of Chickasha, Oklahoma will be held at 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, January 16, 2007 in the Chapel of Sevier Funeral Home.
Barbara Jean Farley was born January 26, 1953 in Riverside, California the daughter of Joel and Cleo [Kimbler] Sweeten and died January 11, 2007 in Chickasha, Oklahoma. Barbara grew up in Sweet Home, Oregon and moved to Chickasha in 1983. She was a CNA and had worked for Shanoan Springs and Grace Living Center.
She was preceded in death by: Her parents; Granddaughter: Cassandra Farley McCurley; Uncle: Bill Lantroop.
Survivors include: Husband: Leroy Farley of the home; 8 sons: Larry Farley and wife Denise; Jody Farley and wife Connie; Terry Farley and wife Shelly; Gary Farley and wife Julie; Stephen Farley and wife Lesa; Kenneth Farley and wife Angie; Michael Farley and wife Amber; Daniel Farley and wife Becky all of Chickasha; two daughters: Heather Farley of Chickasha; Patti Walthall of Chickasha; four brothers: David Sweeten of Oregon; Wayne Sweeten of Oregon; Dennie Sweeten of Missouri; Larry Sweeten of Oregon; two sisters: Mary Norman of Durant, Oklahoma; Kathy Druby of Oregon; 21 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Interment will be in the Laverty Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.
