June 11, 1966 ~ June 8, 2007


Funeral service for Christi Sue Stephens, age 40, of Tuttle, Oklahoma will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 12, 2007 at the True Oak Fellowship Church of Tuttle.

Christi Sue Stephens was born June 11, 1966 in Meterie, Louisiana. She was the daughter of Muril Wayne Lewis and Marilyn Sue Bentley. She died Friday, June 8, 2007 at her home in Tuttle.

Interment will be in the Fairview Cemetery, Tuttle, Oklahoma under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home of Tuttle.

Memorial contributions may be made to the children of Chris and Scott at 1260 East Rock Creek Road, Tuttle, Oklahoma, 73089.

Funeral services for Christi Sue Stephens, age 40, of Tuttle, Oklahoma were held 1:30 pm Tuesday, June 12, 2007 at the True Oak Fellowship Church of Tuttle.

Christi Sue Stephens was born July 11, 1966 in Metairie, Louisiana. She was the daughter of Muril Wayne Lewis and Marilyn Sue Bentley Freeman. She died Friday June 8, 2007 at her home in Tuttle.

Christi graduated from Marlow High School in 1984. She later moved to Bridgecreek and had lived in the Tuttle area for the last 12 years. She worked for Hoco Drilling Company in Edmond.

She and Scott Andrew Stephens were married June 2, 2005 in the Grand Cayman Island.

Her mother, Marilyn Sue Freeman, and grandmothers Bonnie Mae Haston and Trudy Lewis preceded her in death.

Survivors include: Her husband Scott Andrew Stephens of the home in Tuttle; Three children: Andrew Tyler Skidmore, Ethan Daniel Skidmore and Morgan Alyssa Stephens; Parents: Wayne and Sharon Lewis of Norman, Oklahoma; Step-Father: Arnold Freeman of Chickasha; Sister: Kellie Alifa and her husband Kossi of Tuttle; Three step-sisters and brother-in-laws; several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and great friends.

Interment was in the Fairview Cemetery, Tuttle, Oklahoma under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home of Tuttle.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Christi Stephens Children Memorial Fund at Crosspointe Church, 2601 24th Ave. S.E., Norman, OK 73071. Please make checks payable to: Christi Stephens Children Memorial Fund.
