May 3, 1934 ~ April 25, 2007


Funeral service for Harold George "Bob" Williams, 72, of Ninnekah, Oklahoma will be held at 1:30 p.m., Friday, April 27, 2007 in the Chapel of Sevier Funeral Home.

Harold George "Bob" Williams was born May 3, 1934 in Sturgus, Michigan and died April 25, 2007 in Chickasha, Oklahoma.

Bob grew up in Michigan and moved to Oklahoma after he served in the U.S. Air Force. He was a driller in the oilfield for 38 years. Bob was also a foster parent.

He was preceded in death by: Parents, one brother and two sister.

Survivors include: Wife: Lovie Tannehill of the home; three daughters: Donna Freeman of Newalla; Beverly Mitchusson of Bradley; Janice Richards of Lindsay; one son: Joie Tannehill of Springfield, Missouri; three adopted daughters: Lacey Allen of the home; Cheyenne Allen of the home; Courtney Allen of the home; two foster children: Paris Bowens of the home; Zachary Bowens of the home; 9 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren; five step-brothers, one step-sister and two aunts, all of Michigan. And a very large extended family and friends.

Interment will be in the Fairlawn Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.
