Sadonna Louise [Smith] Sires
May 10, 1965 ~ December 16, 2004


Funeral service for Sadonna Louise Sires, age 39, of Chickasha, Oklahoma, will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, December 20, 2004, in the First Church of the Nazarene in Tuttle, Oklahoma. Rev Glenn Pack will officiate.

Sadonna Louise Sires was born the daughter of Edward Martin Smith, Sr and Lucille Dowd Smith in Amarillo, Texas. She died on December 16, 2004, in Chickasha.

Sadonna came to Oklahoma as a child and lived in the Chickasha area. She married Frank Sires on October 29, 1984, in Chickasha. She was a devoted wife and mother who loved spending time with her family.

Sadonna also never met a stranger and was willing to do anything for people.

She attended the First Church of the Nazarene in Tuttle.

She was preceded in death by her father, Edward Martin Smith, Sr, in 1995, and two daughters, Ami Michelle Marks and Misty Dawn Marks in 1985.

Survivors include: husband, Frank Sires, of Chickasha; son, Randy Dewayne Sires, of Chickasha; son, Preston Scott Sires, of Chickasha; grandson, Dawson James Sires, of Chickasha; mother, Lucille Smith, of Chickasha; brother, Ed Smith of Salisbury, North Carolina; brother, Bill Smith, of Chickasha; sister, Shelia Newton, of Chickasha; numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Interment will be in the Fairlawn Cemetery. Service will be under the direction of the McRay Funeral Home.
