Jeannie Ladawn [Thomas] Smith
June 28, 1965 ~ February 8, 2022


Marlow - Mrs. Jeannie Ladawn [Thomas] Smith, of Marlow, departed this life on Tuesday, February 8, 2022 in Marlow, at the age of 56 years, 7 months and 11 days. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Thursday, February 17, 2022 at Hilltop Church of God in Marlow with Sandra Hornbeck officiating. Interment will follow in the Bailey Cemetery. Services are under the direction and care of Alexander Gray Funeral Home of Velma.

Jeannie was born to the late Mr. James Alfred Thomas and Billy Jean (Deal) Sweetman on June 28, 1965 in Wilson, Oklahoma. She was raised in Healdton and attended school at Zaneis. Jeannie Married James Smith, Jr. on February 29, 1998. He preceded her in death in 2018. She worked at Haliburton as a Machinist for a few years. Jeannie enjoyed watching westerns, camping and fishing.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Smith, Jr., a granddaughter and grandparents.

Jeannie is survived by her children; Teddy Thomas and wife Julie of Ratliff City, Bobby Thomas of Brooksfield, MO, Jessica Kirkland of Lindsay, William Cody Spencer of Florida, Stephen Christian and Wife Amanda of Healdton and Jacob Smith of Lindsay; siblings, Becky Firestone, Debbie Christian and Husband Sam (Bo) Christian, David Thomas, Kevin Thomas, Jamie Thomas and wife Ashley. grandchildren; Dakota, Hunter, Cason, Mikey, Austin, Dalton, Destiny, Skyla, Makayla, Audree, Camey, and Ava; great grandchildren: Ensley and Dalvie.

Serving as pallbearers will be Jacob Smith, Teddy Thomas, Dakota Rhone, Cason Rhone, Hunter Rhone, Bobby Thomas and David Thomas.

Honorary bearers will be Robert Kirkland, Jamie Thomas, Cody William Spencer, Stephen Christian, Mikey Thomas, Austin Thomas and Dalton Thomas.
