Millie May Lee, 92, of Stratford was born Feb. 4, 1908, in Hurley, Mo., to Oliver Newton and Sadie (Cross) Chandler. She passed away Thursday, July 6, 2000, at Wynnewood.
She was married to Everett Benjamin Lee at Sapulpa on Feb. 4, 1925. She was a housewife. She lived all of her life in Stratford.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Everett Lee on March 27, 1976; four sons: Edward Owen Lee in 1973, Wilford Phillip Lee in 1983, Hugh Oliver Lee in 1987, and Raymond Jerald Lee in 1996; and two great-grandsons.
She was a member of the Prairie Grove Home Demonstration Club and Master's House Church.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, July 10, at Master's House in Stratford, officiated by Bro. Jerry Bradley and assisted by Don Neimyer. Interment will be at McGee Cemetery in Stratford under the direction of
Pickard Funeral Home.
Survivors include four sons: Edgar Lee of Davis, Lloyd Lee of Bethany, Fred Lee of Bothell, Wash., and Merlin Lee of Claremore; three daughters: Freeda Goodson of Oklahoma City, Marie Bradley of Duncan, and Irene Neimyer of Wynnewood; 39 grandchildren; 60 great-grandchildren; and three
great-great-grandchildren.
