Raymond Lee PACULA

White Cemetery

Died, at the home of his son, F.C. Brower, Sunday, December 25, 1910, James E. Brower, aged 77 years.

Mr. Brower was born February 8, 1833, in Guernsey Co., Ohio. On April 14, 1854, he was married to Miss Caroline Bowman who died March 8th, 1902. In 1894 he moved to Oklahoma.

He has been ill since June but for ten weeks preceding his death, he was confined to his room with dropsy.

He is gone. Another name is stricken from the every lessening roll of old settlers. HE had borne adversity bravely and enjoyed prosperity quietly. He had filled the various relocations of life as husband, father, friend and filled them well.

He was the father of eight children, three of whom survive him.

The funeral was held Tuesday afternoon in the Methodist church, conducted by Rev. L.D. Moore, and the remains were laid to rest in the cemetery North of Hunter.
