Trace Elliott 64, 0f Hunter, died Thursday evening in an Enid hospital after a short illiness.
He came to Oklahoma with his parents from Sumner Co. KS in 1895, settling northwest of Hunter, and later moved to his present home.
Survivors include his one son, William Elliott of Alberta, Canada; two daughters, Mrs. Wayne Fletcher of Enid; and Aline Owens of Blackwell; one brother, Albert Elloitt of Hunter; two sisters, Alma Birchfield of Hunter; and Mrs. Mae Quinn of Fresno, Calif.; and seven grandchildren.
Services will be conducted at 2 p. m. Monday in the First Methodist Church at Hunter with the Rev. John Craig officiating. Burial will be in the Hunter Cemetery with Anderson Funeral Home in charge.
