White Cemetery


Maude B. Bledsoe, 78, died Tuesday in the home of her niece, Mrs. Fred Bridges in Oklahoma City, following a long illness.

She was born near Elmsdale, Kan. and came to Okla. with her parents in 1894, settling southeast of Hunter.

In 1900 the family moved to a farm northeast of Garber and she lived there until moving to Tulsa in 1944.

During W W II she was employed by Douglas Aircraft in Tulsa and on 1950 she moved with her sister to Garber.

She is survived by her sister Mrs, Hattie Little, Garber; two nieces, Mrs. Fred Bridges, Oklahoma City; and Mrs Delight Koch of Enid.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Garber United Methodist Church with Rev. Adrian Rae officiating. Burial will be the Hunter Cemetery under the direction of The Anderson Funeral Home, Garber.
