Mrs. Ella Huffer, 85 of 2429 West Maine, died at noon today in a local hospital after a lingering illness.
A native of Shelby Co. IL, Mrs Huffer came to Oklahoma in 1902 settling at Aline. The family moved to Enid in 1927 and had resided here since.
She was a member of the Davis Park Christian Church.
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Charles Burnett, Enid, one son J. Paul Huffer, Cherokee: two grandchildren and two great grandchildren. One sister, Mrs. Jessie Harmon, Alhambra, Calif.
Funeral services are pending at the Henninger-Allen Funeral Home. Buriel was made in Sunnyside Cemetery.
