Ruth V. Slough

TAHOKA - Ruth V. Slough, 82, died Wednesday, March 20, 2002.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Foskey-Lilley-McGill Funeral Home Ivey Chapel in Dimmitt with the Rev. Don Webster of Lubbock, and the Rev. Harmon Bishop, retired minister of Lubbock, officiating. Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park in Dimmitt.
Mrs. Slough was born June 21, 1919, in Perryton. She married James L. Slough on Aug. 7, 1938, in Perryton.
Survivors include three daughters, Joyce Vilseck of Kingsville, Edna Rice of Lubbock and Karon Moss of Tahoka; a brother, Fred C. Huston Jr. of Bethel, Ohio; a sister, Edna Reames of Enid, Okla.; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a great-great-granddaughter.
The family suggests memorials be to American Diabetes Association.
