A man named George PRICE, at Enid, went to the house where his wife and five children and the wife's mother were, kissed the children and then pulled his revolver and fired at his wife. The ball hit her near the stomach, ranging
downward, making what is supposed to be a fatal wound. He then shot himself through the temples and expired instantly. He was a drunken, reckless thing and never aided his wife to care for their children and the home is said to be an appalling sight, the children in rags and terror stricken. They will be a public charge.
