Graveside services for Bonnie Bliss Urban, 81 of Enid, will be 10:30 AM Tuesday, January 18, 2000 in the Garden Chapel of Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. Robert E. Healey officiating. Services are under the direction of Brown Funeral Home.

Bonnie was born April 27, 1918 in Laverne, Oklahoma, to Rev. Harve P. and Alice Woodruff Omo, and died Friday, January 14, 2000 in the Methodist Home, where she was dearly cared for. Bonnie moved with her parents to Enid in 1936, and in 1940, married Laddie Urban, who preceded her in death.

Bonnie started her nursing career under Dr. F. A. Hudson and worked in the Enid hospitals many years.

She is survived by two sisters, Opal E. Barron and husband Maurice of Tulsa, and Delight Mack and husband James of Enid, and a sister – in – law, Jean Omo of Enid. Nieces, Mavis Hayden of Dallas, Texas; Rita Adams of Atlanta Georgia, Alice Hunter of Long Beach, California, Marva Short of Hot Springs, Arkansas; nephews, Bill Omo of Portland, Oregon, Fred Omo of Seattle, Washington, Larry Omo and Clifford Omo of Dallas, Texas, Curtis Omo of California, Berry Barrow and Brian Barrow of Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Memorials may be made in Bonnie's memory to the Alzheimer's Research or to the Methodist Home of Enid, with Brown Funeral Home serving as custodian of the fund.
