Graveside services for Jennie Teske, 80 of Oklahoma City, will be 1:00 P.M. Friday, July 26, 2019, in the Memorial Park Cemetery with Pastor Bradley Barrick officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Anderson-Burris Funeral Home. Jennie was born September 9, 1938, in Okeene, OK, and passed away Wednesday, July 24, 2019, in Oklahoma City.

She grew up in the Canton, OK area and earned a BA in Biblical Studies from Southwestern. She married Arlie Teske, Sr., in June 1958, in Canton, and they made their home in Southard. In 1965, they went to Korea where they were involved in missionary work, retiring in 1996, and made their home in Enid. In 2015, Jennie moved to Oklahoma City to be near family. She was a member of Central Assembly of God, taught missionettes, and Sunday School for a number of years.

She is survived by her husband, Arlie Teske, Sr.; children; Arlie Teske, Jr., and wife Denise of Oklahoma City, Rebecca Vaughan and husband Joel of Stafford, VA, and Freida Vaughan of Hugo, OK, twelve grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, two brothers, James Scott of Canton, and John Scott of Bethany, and one sister, Billie Hayes of Coweta, OK. She was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Patricia Ann Teske; parents; son-in-law, Bryan Vaughan; sister, Margaret.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Central Assembly of God Missions.
