OBITUARY

Burial for Vora Eela Stephenson , 89, was held in Memorial Park Cemetery in Enid on Wednesday, March 8,1995. She died Friday, March 3 in Hillsborough, North Carolina. Services are under the direction of Ladusau Evans of Enid. Mrs. Strphenson was born in Oakland Oklahoma. She was a graduate of Southeast Oklahoma State College. She taught school in Oklahoma, Kansas and Nebraska before becoming a secretary with Champlin in Santa Fe, N.M. She was a Camp Fire leader and a member of Central Christian Church in Enid, where she lived from 1949 until 1991. She lived in Hillsborough for the past two years.

Memorials were designated to The Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) or the Alzheimer's Research Foundation.

Survivors: Two sons, Billy Carl Stephenson of Tennille, Ga., and Roger Neil Stephenson of Hillsborough; daughter, Betty Kay Sneed of Azle; two brothers, Beldon E. Fox and Wesley A. Fox, both of New Iberia, La.; two sisters, Bernadine Stogner of Oklahoma City and Elna Vandervort of Midwest City, Okla.; 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren.
