ENID — Funeral service for Sandra Kay Sparks, 70, will be 2 p.m. Thursday, May 26, 2011, at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Don Tines will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Sandra was born April 2, 1941, in Cherokee, Okla., to Ralph and Irene Kraft Kisling and died Monday, May 23, 2011, at her home.

She was a graduate of Nash High School and attended two years at NWOSU.

She married John Sparks Sept. 18, 1993, in Enid, Okla. She worked in the finance department at Speedstar and Failing. She worked at Phillips Drug as a pharmacy tech until it closed, then she worked at Pharmcare OK of Enid until health forced her retirement.

She loved to play pitch with her Pitch Club buddies every month. She loved to travel to visit her children and grandchildren and to see her husband's great-granddaughter.

Survivors include her husband, John; children, Roger Hayes of Oklahoma City, Okla., and Larry Hayes of Krum, Texas; mother, Irene Kisling; sister, Linda Shaw; and two grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Memorials may be made to Hospice Circle of Love.
