Funeral services for Gregory Davis “Greg” Skinner,64, Enid resident, will be held on Monday, March 4, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in the Church of the First Born with Pastor David Robinson officiating. Committal prayers and interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery under the kind guidance of the Amy Stittsworth Funeral Service.

Greg was born on January 8, 1955 in Durango, Colorado, the son of Barbara Weatherwax Skinner, and passed away suddenly on February 23, 2019 near Blanchard, Oklahoma. He was raised in New Mexico, migrating to Enid in 1968. Greg attended the Enid School System, graduating from Enid High School with the class of 1973. Greg started working construction and plumbing apprenticeship shortly after high school, later becoming a master plumber. He moved to Kansas City, Missouri where he was a plumber, later changing his profession to bartender. Greg returned to Enid in 2003 and started Skinner Construction in 2004. Greg loved to fish and hunt.

Survivors include his sons, Matt (Britni) Skinner of Blanchard, Oklahoma, Luke Skinner and Casey Hester of Jacksonville, Florida; six grandchildren, Jordan, Jaxon, Wyatt, Ezekiel, Sawyer, Caysen.

Greg was preceded in passing by his mother, Barbara, and sister, Carla Chain Skinner.
