February 10, 1948 - March 23, 2020

A private family graveside service for Nancy Ellen Shriver, 72 of Enid, will be Friday, March 27, 2020, at Memorial Park Cemetery. Viewing will be from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday. A celebration of Life service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Anderson-Burris Funeral Home. Nancy was born February 10, 1948, at Chickasha, OK, to Clarence and Willie Mae Newsom, and went home to the Lord on March 23, 2020.

Nancy was a lover of life. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. She volunteered her time and was involved in many organizations in Enid. Nancy was known for her love of our Lord and her church, St. Gregory The Great Catholic Church.

Nancy is survived by her husband Michael Shriver, children, Mary Ellen, Clay, and Jeremy, grandchildren, great-granddaughter, siblings, numerous nieces and nephews, and many friends she loved as family.

She was a beautiful and rare soul taken too soon and will be missed by all whose lives she touched.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Our Daily Bread or to 4RKids. Online guestbook at www.andersonburris.com.
