Bill was born October 9, 1940, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to Lester and Ruby (Outhouse) Scott. After graduating from Woodward High School, he married his High School sweetheart, Marquita Gray. They moved to Enid with their three sons in 1965 and made it their home for the past 56 years. Bill was the Owner and Operator of Bill Scott Company and enjoyed helping his customers for many years before he retired in 2013.

Bill is survived by his wife of 62 years Marquita; sons, Rocky Scott and his wife Shirley, Ricky Scott and his wife Linda, Mike Scott and his wife Yvonne; 6 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; sister, Barbara Stacy; a host of nieces and nephews.

Bill was a devoted husband and father. He was a member of the Oakwood Christian Church. He loved his family, attending all sporting events, especially when they involved his grandchildren. He enjoyed traveling with his wife and being outdoors. He is especially remembered for his cackle laugh, positive attitude, and being such a giving man.

Memorial donations can be made to Enid High School Baseball, with Ladusau-Evans serving as custodian of the funds.

Condolences to the family can be made and service viewed online at ladusauevans.com.
