Mick E. Shane
May 6, 1945 - January 14, 2022

A Celebration of Life for Mick Shane, age 76, of Enid, will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 19, 2022, at the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Vernon Lee officiating. Burial with military honors provided by the United States Air Force will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6:00-7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 18th, at Ladusau-Evans.

Mick was born May 6, 1945, in Scotts Bluff, Nebraska, to James and Loretta (Wynne) Shane, and passed away Friday, January 14, 2022, in Enid.

He and Carol Duggins were married on May 3, 1996, and with this marriage came three daughters, Ashley Meissner and husband Greg, Sarah Richard and husband AC, and Rebecca Redding and husband Stacy. Mick was the proud grandpa of 12 grandchildren.

Memorial contributions in Mick's name may be made to the Aicardi Syndrome Foundation to help further research for his granddaughter and others, with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
