A Celebration of Life Service for Bruce N. Schulz age 55 of Enid will be 4:00 pm Sunday at Emanuel Baptist Church with Rev. Wade Burleson and Rev. Steve Mortensen officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 6:00 pm Saturday at the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home. Services and cremation are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Bruce was born Halloween 1959 in Enid to Jack and Wanda Ward Schulz and passed away at his home Wednesday, April 29, 2015.

Bruce was raised in the Enid Community and attended and graduated from Pioneer High School in 1977. He attended Okmulgee Tech receiving his associate's degree in diesel mechanic. He returned back to Enid to work with his father and brother at Jack L. Schulz Co. He was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church where he met the love of his life, Mary and her children. They were married on January 14, 1994. He soon adopted Olivia and Harrison. In 1995, Aisley was born and in 1996 Hank was born.

Bruce attended Southern Nazarene University and received his Bachelor in Human Resources in 1996. He was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church where he was active in the choir and pageant, served as a deacon, taught Sunday school and Emmanuel Christian School Board for several years, drove the bus taking the 6th graders to Washington DC and was involved with the motorcycle group at the church. Bruce was a member of the Enid Lions Club where he served as the District Governor. He was active in announcing the Pioneer football games and Enid High soccer games. He enjoyed motorcycling, boating and water skiing. He was a hunter and gun enthusiasts. He enjoyed playing softball and later umpiring ASA Softball games. He was a member of the Enid Moose Lodge. Bruce helped shape much of Enid with his work. Bruce enjoyed going to all of his kids and friends sporting events. He enjoyed being a PAP to his granddaughter Avery.

Bruce is survived by his wife Mary of the home, daughters Olivia Clements and husband Ryan of Broken Arrow, OK and Aisley Schulz of Enid, sons Harrison Kutz of Tulsa and Hank Schulz of Enid, granddaughter Avery Clements, two brothers Dale and his wife Shellie of Enid and Paul and his wife Traci of Ponca City, sister Brenda Norris of Enid, nephew Jake Schulz, nieces Traci J. Schulz Da Rosa and Katelynn Schulz and several other family members.

He was preceded in death by his parents and nephew Tommy Norris.

Memorials may be made to Emmanuel Christian School and Abounding Grace Ministries with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodians of the funds. Condolences may be made online and the service may be viewed online at www.ladusauevans.com.
