The funeral services celebrating the life of Sharon H. Rowland, 76, of Enid, will be held 10:00 A.M. Wednesday September 6, 2017 in Brown-Cummings Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Lester Lowry officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Brown-Cummings Funeral Home.

Sharon H. Rowland was born to Clint and Lucille Metz Crawford September 9, 1940 in Moline, Illinois and entered into heaven September 1, 2017, in Enid with her family by her side.

She was raised and educated in Arkansas City, Kansas.

She met and married the love of her life Jimmy R. Rowland October 27, 1963 in Fairview, Ok.

The couple moved to Enid where they made their home and raised their family.

She loved to crochet, sing and attend Church. She was a member of the House of Prayer Church.

She worked in various positions, from a cook, to her final position as a Nurses Aide.

She is survived by her three children James and wife Patty of Blackwell, Melody and Dan Phelps of Enid, and John of Enid, Sister, Monna Younger of Enid; 12 Grandchildren and 13 Great Grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husband of 49 years Jimmy; brother, James and three sisters.
