June 28, 1952 - November 19, 1985

The funeral for John L. Reed, 33, 613 Greg, who died Tuesday, 19 November 1985, will be 2 PM Thursday at the Calvary Baptist Church. The Rev. Melton L. Miles will officiate. Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery under direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Reed was born June 28, 1952, in Enid to Robert and Mary Reed. He graduated from Enid high school in 1970 and later attended Phillips University. On August 23, 1974, he married Robin Shipp. He was currently employed by Eastwood Rentals.

Reed was also a member of Calvary Baptist Church and the API.

Survivors include his wife, Robin; a son, Travis, and a daughter, Kyra, both of the home; his parents, Robert and Mary Reed, Enid; a brother, Bob, Weatherford; a sister, Debby Bower, Perry; and his grandmother, Gertrude Siegle, Enid.

He was preceded in death by a daughter.

Memorials in his name may be made to the Children's Educational Fund with the funeral home serving as custodian of the funds.
