ENID, Okla. — Jack Quiggle, 81, passed away Saturday, Sept. 29, 2012, in a local hospital. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Danny Marney will officiate the service. Military burial will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery. Military honor guard provided by Vance Air Force Base.

Jack was born Jan. 7, 1931, in Leroy, Kan., the son of Kellard and Viola Vandevender Quiggle. The family moved to Enid in 1937. Jack attended schools and graduated from the Enid High School. Jack spent 23 years in the military before retiring from the Air Force as a nuclear weapons technician. Jack served 18 months in the Korean conflict. Jack married Norma Jean Suenram in San Antonio on June 4, 1968. Jack was an active member of the Waukomis Baptist Church and a life member of the Good Sams Club and the V.F.W.

Jack has two children from a previous marriage, Janet Johndrow of Enid and Bill Quiggle of Dallas, Texas. He also is survived by his wife of the home, Jean, two step-sons, Gary and Randy Estes; one brother, John Quiggle of Enid; five grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

Jack was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, one nephew, one niece and one grandson.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that memorials may be made to Wounded Warriors or Waukomis Baptist Church with Ladusau-Evans funeral home serving as custodian of the fund.

March 27, 1934 - April 16, 2021

Funeral services for Norma Jean (Suenram) Quiggle will be held 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 21, 2021, at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Chapel, with Jerimiha Bensen officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Jean was born March 27, 1934, in Bison, Oklahoma, to Elgin and Edna Suenram, and passed away April 16, 2021.

She attended Waukomis High School. She was involved with activities with the Beta Sigma Phi and XI Alpha Omieron sororities for 40 years.

Jean married Jack Quiggle on June 4, 1968, in San Antonio, Texas.

She is survived by her son, Randy Estes; 5 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; sisters, Margie Wagner and her husband Larry, Nina Bowers and her husband Dwight, LuAnn Brown; brothers, Bill Suenram and his wife Joyce, Dennis Suenram.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Gary Estes; sisters, Virginia Glow, Ellen Hill; brothers, Raymond Suenram, Ernie Suenram.
