ENID — A graveside service for Betty J. Punneo, 81, will be 10 a.m. Monday, October 8, 2012, at Memorial Park Cemetery Mausoleum. Rev. Clarence Glaze and Rev. Pat Sutherlin will officiate. Arrangements are by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home.

Betty was born to Henry Odie and Laudis Leota (Huff) Smith on September 9, 1931, in Crescent , and passed away Thursday, October 4, 2012, in Enid, after fighting muscular dystrophy for many years.

Betty graduated from Enid High School.

She married Marvin Goodpasture in 1949.

She worked for Vater Office Supplies and then was the office manager for Dr. C.R. Roberts for more than 20 years. On December 21, 1992, she married Jesse "Sid" Punneo. Betty was a member of Central Assembly of God Church.

She is survived by son Terry Goodpasture and wife Donna of Enid; stepchildren David Punneo and wife Thela of Enid and Lanell Hosmer of Atlanta, Georgia; daughter-in-law Belinda Goodpasture of Pond Creek; eight grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

Betty was preceded in death by her husband Sid; son Gary; sister Charlene Green; and father Henry Smith and mother Laudis Taylor.
