The funeral for Janet L. Puckett, 54, of Enid will be 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Henninger-Allen Funeral Home Chapel. Mauri Neese, chaplin, will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.

She was born June 17, 1953, in Enid to Bruce and Virginia Coonrod Rogers and died Saturday, May 31, 2008, at her home.

She graduated from Enid High School and served three years in the Air Force. She earned a bachelors degree from Phillips University. She married Bill Puckett May 18, 1980. They made their home in Enid. She worked at Enid Regional Hospital, then St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center as the Medical Librarian. She was voted best librarian in Enid 2003 - 2008.

Surviving are her huband, Bill of the home; three daughters, Jessica Puckett of Enid, Carrie Bryant of Hurst, Texas, Mae Sorden of Waukomis; one son, Christopher Puckett of Corinth, Texas; one brother, Randy Rogers of Utah; and seven grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents.
