Celebration of Life and Remembrance for Virginia Pritchett, 83, of Enid, Okla., will be 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 15, 2014, at Memorial Park Cemetery, Enid. The Rev. Gail Edmison will officiate. Funeral arrangements are under direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Virginia passed away Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2014, at The Commons in Enid.

Virginia was born to parents George P. Gibson and Eathel (Cronister) Gibson April 1, 1931, in Lacey, Okla.

She spent her whole life in the Enid area. She and husband, Bill, operated a dairy farm.

Virginia was a homemaker, and her family and home were most important to her.

She and Bill raised their five boys on the farm in Enid. She always had a huge vegetable garden and shared the fruits of her labor with family and friends. In later years, she loved spending time with her grandchildren. She enjoyed music and fellowship with her friends and staff at The Commons.

Virginia is survived by five sons, Bill A. Pritchett and wife Bobbie of Enid, Bob H. Pritchett and wife Susie of Enid, Noble P. Pritchett and wife Sharon of Enid, Steven J. Pritchett of Enid, and David A. Pritchett of Custer City, Okla.; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; as well as numerous other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill H. Pritchett; her parents; and seven siblings.

Memorials may be made to the donor’s choice.
